Before You Reserve
When will my appointment be confirmed?
Our scheduler will reach out within 1–2 business days of your reservation to confirm your date and time. Your savings are locked in as soon as you pay.
What does the 10% cover?
The labs and the hormone, weight loss or peptide treatment your provider recommends at your consult, including the first fill of prescriptions. Memberships and IVs aren't included.
Do I need labs first?
Not to book. Some treatments require labs before you start. If you've had labs drawn in the last 90 days, send them over and we'll check whether they meet our requirements. Labs we draw get the 10% off.
Is there a deadline to start treatment?
No. Reserve by November 30 and start whenever you're ready. Your 10% doesn't expire.
What if I need to cancel?
We can reschedule anytime. If you need to cancel, your $25 can be converted to a credit on your account.
Can I also get the BOGO IV?
The $25 consult and 10% off can't be combined with BOGO IV. If you're interested in IV therapy, reserve the BOGO IV separately.
