When will my appointment be confirmed?

After you choose your preferred dates and pay online, our scheduler will reach out within 1–2 business days to confirm your date and time. Your savings are locked in as soon as you pay, even if your appointment is after November 30.

I can't come in until January. Can I still get the deal?

Yes. Pay for your $25 consult by November 30 to lock in 10%. Schedule your consult and recommended services whenever they work for you. Your savings don't expire.

I don't know what I need yet. Where do I start?

Reserve the $25 consult. Anything your provider recommends at that visit gets 10% off, whenever you're ready to start. You'll pay for services after your consult.

Does the 10% apply to my membership?

Memberships aren't included. The 10% covers hormone, weight loss and peptide services outside a membership, including related labs and prescriptions.

Can I give my free IV to someone else?

Yes. Just give us their name and contact info when you book. If they're new to IV therapy with us, their medical clearance is free too.

Can I use a gift card on the Black Friday specials?

No. Gift cards can't be used toward Black Friday specials, including the $25 consult and 10% off, BOGO IV and the supplement stock-up. Your gift card works on anything at regular price and never expires.

When will I get the gift card I buy?

Your gift card will be emailed within 1 business day, or we can hold it for pickup at the front desk. Gift cards never expire.

I've never had an IV with you. Do I need a consult first?

No. Reserve your BOGO IV with the $50 deposit and we'll set up a quick IV medical clearance before your visit, free with your BOGO IV. No $25 consult needed.

Do I need labs?

Some services, like hormones, weight loss and peptides, require labs before you start. Already have recent labs? Bring results drawn within the past 90 days and we'll check whether they meet our requirements. Labs we draw get the 10% off.

I'm already a patient. Do these offers apply to me?

Yes. Every Black Friday offer is open to new and existing patients.

What if I need to cancel my consult?

Your $25 consult payment can be converted to a credit on your account to use toward future care.

Can I combine offers?

No. Each purchase gets one promotional discount. For example, the $25 consult and 10% off can't be combined with BOGO IV. If you qualify for more than one, we'll help you choose the one that saves you the most.

$25 consult + 10% off services. Pay for a $25 consult between Nov 20 and Nov 30, 2026 to lock in 10% off the hormone, weight loss and peptide services recommended at your visit, including related labs and prescriptions (first fill). Your $25 consult payment serves as your deposit; services are paid after your consult. New and existing patients. The $25 consult payment is not refundable as cash but can be converted to a credit on your account. Not valid on memberships. Can't be combined with other promotional discounts, including BOGO IV and discounted gift cards. Prescriptions are provided only when clinically appropriate and approved by a provider.

BOGO IV. Book any IV with a $50 deposit between Nov 20 and Nov 30, 2026 and receive a second IV of equal or lesser value free. Excludes NAD+, PRP and exosome IVs. Second IV may be used by the purchaser or gifted to a family member or friend and includes free IV medical clearance. Both IVs must be used within 12 months of purchase. The $50 deposit is applied to your IV appointment. Patients not previously cleared for IV therapy must complete a medical clearance before treatment, provided at no charge for BOGO IV patients and the person receiving the second IV. Can't be combined with other promotional discounts.
