Why White Rock Lake Patients Choose Us

  • Care that respects your training. We plan treatments and check-ins around race days and long runs, not the other way around.
  • Labs before guesswork. Fatigue and slow recovery have many possible causes. Testing shows which ones apply to you.
  • Trained clinical team. Our lead nurse, Jose Baldazo, BSN-RN, is trained in medical ozone, hormone and peptide therapy and began his career as a firefighter and paramedic.
  • Medical oversight. Care plans are overseen by our medical director, Dr. Adam Parsons, MD.
  • Close to the lake. Fit a session in before or after a morning on the trail, with no trip across town.
  • Concierge and in-home services. Ask about concierge care and in-home visits if getting to the clinic isn't convenient.

Questions from White Rock Lake Patients

Can hormones affect my training and recovery?

They can. Low testosterone, perimenopause and thyroid issues are common reasons active adults notice slower recovery, poorer sleep or stalled progress. Lab testing shows whether hormones are part of the picture.

Do you treat sports injuries?

We're not an emergency or orthopedic clinic. For ongoing joint discomfort we offer evaluations and options such as joint injections and Prolozone. For a new or serious injury, see an urgent care or orthopedic provider first.

Are peptides right for me?

It depends on your goals, history and labs, which your provider reviews first. If you compete in drug-tested events, tell us up front, since many peptides are on anti-doping prohibited lists.

How far is the clinic from Casa Linda?
