Before You Reserve
When will my appointment be confirmed?
Our scheduler will reach out within 1–2 business days to confirm your first IV, and we'll get your second IV on the calendar too. You can move it anytime.
I've never had an IV with you. Do I need a consult first?
No. We'll send you a quick IV medical clearance to complete before your visit. It's free with your BOGO IV.
Can I give the second IV to someone else?
Yes. Gift it to a family member or friend. Just share their name and contact info and we'll reach out to schedule them. Their clearance is free too.
Which IVs are included?
Our IVs are included except NAD+, PRP and exosome IVs. The free IV is of equal or lesser value than the one you pay for.
How long do I have to use my IVs?
Both IVs must be used within 12 months of purchase. We'll put both on the calendar so they don't get forgotten, and you can reschedule anytime within that window.
Can I combine this with the $25 consult or a gift card?
No. The BOGO IV can't be combined with the $25 consult + 10% off, gift cards or other promotional discounts.
