*Note: A new patient appointment with our nurse practitioner is REQUIRED to establish you with our practice and clear you for treatment and prescriptions. The free consult does not qualify as a new patient consultation and is for informational purposes only.
We require a once annual telemed review with a nurse practitioner before receiving our therapies to ensure there are no contraindications and clear you for our services.
No-Call/No-Show: A $50 fee for regular appointments and $100 for telemed/consults will be charged for failure to reschedule or cancel.
